What type of events can a food truck cater?

Sasquatch Sandwiches has catered company lunches, corporate celebrations, graduation parties, wedding receptions, backyard birthday parties, memorial services and more.

What does the cost include when we hire a food truck?

We will send you a proposal with all the cost details. Final cost will include: food cost, truck fee (cost for travel and time frame you want us to serve), service charge (Considered Gratuity) and local tax. When filling out our form you can select “Base Cost” to receive a proposal with the minimum cost - We can always discuss more options and add them to the plan after booking the event with us.

We frequently travel outside of the Twin Cities for private events. We will travel as far as you want us to go, but the travel cost will go up. We travel all around MN and WI. We haven’t been to IA yet but we got really close.

It all depends on your menu selections. If we are serving our usual menu including french fries, we can serve about 100 orders/hour. There are ways we can speed up food service to serve more guests in a shorter amount of time so let us know if this is a concern for your event. Having your guests preorder the food ahead of the event helps speed up service, but it is not required.

It all depends on the day, your desired time frame of food service, and your event location. Our event minimum is around $1300 after all costs are factored in (Food, Truck, Service, Tax). Minimum is higher on weekends.
